Overview Join our dynamic team as a Parts Runner, where you'll be the vital link ensuring smooth and efficient operations across our warehouse and service departments. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to our customer satisfaction by delivering parts swiftly and accurately. As a Parts Runner, you'll be on the move, actively supporting our team with timely deliveries, pickups, and logistical coordination. Your proactive approach and enthusiasm will help keep our operations running seamlessly, making a real impact every day.Responsibilities<ul><li>Safely load, unload, and transport parts and supplies within the warehouse and to various job sites using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.</li><li>Drive company vehicles, including box trucks or &lt;PERSON&gt; driver vehicles, to deliver parts to customers, vendors, or service locations following designated routes.</li><li>Load and secure items properly for transport to prevent damage during transit.</li><li>Assist with inventory management by organizing parts in the warehouse and updating delivery records accurately.</li><li>Communicate effectively with team members and customers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any logistical issues promptly.</li><li>Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety standards are met; report any maintenance needs immediately.</li><li>Support warehouse operations through manual lifting of heavy items, moving stock as needed, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in customer service with a friendly, professional attitude.</li><li>Warehouse experience including loading/unloading and inventory handling.</li><li>Valid commercial driving license with experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles.</li><li>Delivery driver experience with route driving and navigation skills.</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical moving tasks safely.</li><li>Familiarity with forklift operation, pallet jacks, or manual transmission vehicles is a plus.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in load &amp; unload procedures and delivery documentation.
