Compensation:
$160,000
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide expert legal representation in family law cases from inception to trial</li><li>
Develop and implement effective legal strategies tailored to meet clients' individual needs, offering advice on legal options, and acting as the main liaison between the firm and clients</li><li>
Advocate for clients in various legal proceedings such as mediations, depositions, trials, and hearings related to family law matters</li><li>
Get clients, experts, and witnesses ready for legal proceedings through consultations and necessary preparations to ensure optimal representation</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
To be considered for this role as a Family Law Attorney in Bryan, TX, US, the applicant must hold an active Texas law license and maintain good standing with the Texas Bar Association</li><li>
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in family law</li><li>
A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school is a mandatory requirement for this position</li><li>
Proficiency in legal research tools such as Word, Outlook, Dropbox, and electronic legal research platforms is essential</li><li>
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively market oneself as a skilled family law litigator are crucial</li><li>
A positive attitude towards challenges and a strong work ethic are necessary attributes for success in this role</li><li>
Belief in teamwork and a commitment to contributing to the team's success are indispensable qualities</li><li>
