Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>

Duties: 
<ul><li>
Responsible for managing product and software development for the Custom and COTS teams work performed under this SOW.
</li><li>Ensure the teams follow Agile practices and scrum framework values, work to increase team efficiency, and provide motivation and guidance for process improvement.
</li><li>Provide programmatic support to the DHS GMO and provide subject matter guidance on managing and coordinating large scale enterprise geospatial data and application capabilities.
</li><li>These capabilities include data activities such as information sharing requirements and situational aware applications across the homeland security enterprise.
</li><li>Support development and implementation of plans and policies for managing, documenting, analyzing, collecting, and implementing GII requirements across GMO projects and various technical teams and shall provide recommendations to assist in prioritizing and/or meeting requirements based on available resources.
</li><li>Implements geospatial information technology solutions as part of a large team (5-10 people) and/or serves as a small team lead (3-4 people).
</li><li>Proficient in managing small teamwork efforts utilizing industry standards and methodologies (i.e. Agile Scrum process, Waterfall, etc.).
</li><li>Provides tactical recommendations to the government in order to affect improvements in processes, deliverables, and outcomes.</li><li>
Implements geospatial information technology solutions surrounding homeland security/law enforcement and emergency management systems.
</li><li>Demonstrates proficiency with technical components of GIS and IT systems integration.
</li><li>Proficient in managing large or multiple team(s).
</li><li>Demonstrates experience in project management utilizing industry standards and methodologies (i.e. Agile, PMP, etc.) to efficiently manage work and resources.
</li><li>Provide strategic recommendations to the government in order to affect change that would improve organizational outcomes, missions, and deliverables.</li></ul>

<div>cFocus Software seeks a Mission Data Scientist to join our program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This position is on site in the Washington DC, MD, &amp; VA area. This position requires a TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance. 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance</li><li>
Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field with 4-12+ years of experience in data science</li><li>
Proficient in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization</li><li>
Strong programming skills in Python or R</li><li>
Experience with .data science tools and platforms (Jupyter, pandas, scikit-learn)</li><li>
Understanding of intelligence community data and analytical methods</li></ul> 

Duties:<ul><li>
Applies advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and data science techniques to intelligence data.
</li><li>Develops predictive models, conducts exploratory data analysis, and extracts actionable insights from complex datasets.
