<div>Position Overview
C Global Construction, a high-end construction and property management company, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Landscape Project Manager to oversee luxury residential and commercial landscape projects from inception through completion.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage budgets, schedules, trade partners, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Coordinate and supervise all landscape construction activities in partnership with the onsite Superintendent.</li><li>
Manage full project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout.</li><li>
Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project (or equivalent).</li><li>
Direct subcontractors and trade partners to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.</li><li>
Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and project specifications.</li><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants.</li><li>
Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.</li><li>
Manage project budgets, cost tracking, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies.</li><li>
Approve subcontractor invoices through Procore and coordinate with accounting.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.</li><li>
Oversee procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships.</li><li>
Participate in internal coordination meetings with senior leadership.</li></ul>
Required Qualifications<ul><li>
3&ndash;5+ years of experience in landscape construction project management.</li><li>
Required: Hands-on experience using Procore (project management, submittals, RFIs, and billing).</li><li>
Strong knowledge of:<ul><li>
Landscape &amp; hardscape construction</li><li>
Underground utilities</li><li>
Plantings and topsoil</li><li>
Structural and architectural components</li><li>
MEPS systems</li></ul></li><li>
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.</li><li>
Experience with submittals, RFIs, and shop drawing review.</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Project (or equivalent scheduling software).</li><li>
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.</li><li>
5+ years of project management experience. (Must)</li><li>
PMP certification or equivalent.</li><li>
Experience with AutoCAD, GIS, or similar tools.</li><li>
Background in high-end residential or large commercial landscape projects.</li><li>
Knowledge of sustainable landscaping and green infrastructure practices.</li></ul>

Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring adaptability and attention to detail.</li></ul>
