<div>The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities within a food manufacturing environment. Duties and Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Equipment Maintenance:<ul><li>
Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks on production machinery, including conveyors, mixers, packaging equipment, and refrigeration systems.</li><li>
Conduct inspections, lubrication, and adjustments to ensure equipment operates efficiently and meets production requirements.</li><li>
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime.</li><li>
Respond promptly and provide emergency unscheduled troubleshooting and repairs of production equipment during the manufacturing process to prevent disruptions to production.</li></ul></li><li>
Facility Maintenance:<ul><li>
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the production area, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards and food safety regulations.</li><li>
Monitor and repair facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, to support a safe and comfortable working environment.</li></ul></li><li>
Safety and Compliance:<ul><li>
Adhere to all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and safe work practices.</li><li>
Participate in safety training programs and contribute to the development of safety initiatives to promote a culture of safety.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GMP, HACCP, OSHA) and company policies related to food safety, sanitation, and environmental regulations.</li></ul></li><li>
Documentation and Reporting:<ul><li>
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inspections, and inventory management.</li><li>
Document equipment repairs, parts replacements, and maintenance procedures to track equipment history and performance.</li></ul></li><li>
Collaboration and Communication:<ul><li>
Coordinate with production supervisors and operators to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize disruptions to production schedules.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and safety personnel, to address maintenance issues and implement solutions.</li><li>
Provide technical assistance and training to production staff on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.</li></ul></li><li>
Flexibility to work non-standard hours as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>

Minimum Job Requirements:</div><div></div><div>
Education/Certifications and Experience:</div><ul><li>
High school diploma or GED, required.</li><li>
Technical school education, preferred.</li><li>
5 years&rsquo; related experience in industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in an automated food processing plant.</li><li>

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</div><ul><li>
Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>
Ability to perform electrical troubleshooting/repairs on PLC, relay logic and logic controllers, 480v, 220v, 110v AC single/three phase and DC systems.</li><li>
Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens), HMI development, and SCADA systems.</li><li>
Strong understanding of electrical systems, including motors, drives, and industrial sensors.</li><li>
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to electrical and control systems.</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>

As a key member of the National Accounts Leadership team, the Director of National Accounts, Growth Channels will work across Sales, Marketing, Insights and R&amp;D to refine and execute strategies with partners to drive top and bottom line growth. Key responsibilities include: evolve and grow customer partnerships with assigned operators. Develop and implement customer programs, promotions and innovation that drive both CHG branded and custom formulation sales growth. Work with Pricing, Finance and Category Marketing to understand product and customer margins and expand profitability accordingly.</li><li>
