Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Duties&middot; Perform reception duties such as directing visitors and answering phones.&middot; Perform data entry for payroll and other tasks.&middot; Assist with accounts payable, receivable, and invoicing.&middot; Help maintain equipment mileage and location data.&middot; Support the team with additional tasks and projects as assigned.Skills&middot; Proficient in English&middot; High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or higher preferred&middot; Proven experience as administrative assistant or similar role.&middot; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiar with standard office equipment.&middot; Strong organizational and time management skills.&middot; Excellent written and verbal communication skills.&middot; Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.&middot; High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.&middot; Training will be provided upon hire.Equal Opportunity Employer Statement:C.J.
