ESSENTIAL DUTIES-ACCOUNTS PAYABLE<ul><li>
Maintenance of vendor master file.</li><li>
Process 3-way P.O. matching invoices</li><li>
Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording entries</li><li>
Pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; verifying W-9s; scheduling and preparing checks</li><li>
Process credit card bills</li><li>
Respond to all vendor inquiries</li><li>
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately by following standard filing procedure in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices</li><li>
resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; ensuring credit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop payments</li><li>
Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions</li><li>
Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions</li><li>
Address all vendor inquiries regarding payment.</li><li>
Complete AP reconciliation at the month end.</li><li>
Prepare monthly Intercompany bills.</li><li>
Assist Controller with month end, quarter end, and year end closing as required.</li><li>
Other duties related to accounting as assigned</li></ul> 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES-ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE<ul><li>
Maintenance of vendor master file.</li><li>
Process invoices using 3 way P.O. matching</li><li>
Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries</li><li>
Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; maintaining W-9s; scheduling and preparing vendor payments</li><li>
Process credit card bills</li><li>
Respond to all vendor inquiries</li><li>
Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions</li><li>
Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions</li><li>
Address all vendor inquiries with regard to payment.</li><li>
Complete AP reconciliation at month end.</li><li>
Process daily Customer billing.</li><li>
Process RMA&rsquo;s and credit memos.</li><li>
Maintains customer master.</li><li>
Processing daily customer invoices</li><li>
Review account status weekly and Collects past due balances.</li><li>
Provide Controller with weekly cash forecast.</li><li>
Communicate with customers to resolve issues.</li><li>
Write off of uncollectible balances as directed by Controller.</li><li>
Completion of AR reconciliation at month end.</li><li>
Perform monthly bank account reconciliations</li><li>
Other duties related to accounting as assigned</li></ul> 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE<ul><li>
College courses or degree in accounting</li><li>
Good analytical skills</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills</li><li>
Knowledge of computer systems</li><li>
Previous experience using Excel</li><li>
Between 5-10 years of Experience</li></ul>
WORK CONDITIONS
Normal plant environment which may include exposure to dust, and both hot and cold conditions. Must be capable of wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) necessary to comply with government and company safety standards. Must be able to walk, stand, and lift objects, up to 50lbs.
