Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Supervisor, Landscaping, to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate landscaping projects, and ensure high standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional lawn care, gardening, tree care, irrigation, and landscape maintenance services that exceed client expectations. This position offers a dynamic environment where your expertise in horticulture and construction will drive successful project completion while fostering a positive team atmosphere.Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews to ensure efficient completion of projects including lawn care, gardening, tree care, irrigation installation, and landscape maintenance</li><li>Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project timelines and quality standards</li><li>Oversee the proper use of equipment and materials, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times</li><li>Conduct site inspections to assess landscape conditions and identify areas needing improvement or repair</li><li>Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on landscaping techniques, horticulture practices, and safety procedures</li><li>Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver tailored landscaping solutions</li><li>Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project milestones for reporting purposes</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven supervising experience in landscaping or related outdoor maintenance fields</li><li>Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, horticulture, irrigation systems, construction practices, and tree care</li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Hands-on experience with equipment operation and maintenance in a landscaping environment</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot landscape issues and implement effective solutions quickly</li><li>Knowledge of safety regulations related to landscaping operations is highly desirable</li></ul>Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
