Job description:Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive &amp; Content Creator to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms with a focus on the USA market. The ideal candidate should have a passion for luxury, fashion, and jewellery, with strong skills in content creation, social media management, and trend analysis.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for the USA audience on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Create engaging content (photos, reels, videos, stories, blogs, and graphics) showcasing jewellery designs and brand storytelling.</li><li>Plan and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, festive seasons, and jewellery trends in the USA.</li><li>Monitor social media performance using analytics tools; optimize content based on insights (engagement, reach, conversions).</li><li>Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers to generate high-quality content.</li><li>Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to boost reach and sales in the USA market.</li><li>Stay updated with social media trends, competitor strategies, and jewellery/fashion industry developments in the USA.</li><li>Handle customer engagement (queries, DMs, comments) in a professional and brand-consistent manner.</li><li>Support email marketing and website content needs when required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in social media management &amp; content creation, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods.</li><li>Strong skills in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop), video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro), and copywriting.</li><li>Good understanding of the USA market trends and consumer behavior.</li><li>Experience with paid ads and social media analytics.</li><li>Creative eye for detail, storytelling, and brand aesthetics.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience working with influencers &amp; brand collaborations</li><li>Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify).</li><li>Familiarity with luxury brand positioning.</li></ul>Require your portfoliocmcv1617@gmail.com/ 8356961605Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
