We are eager to have our clients involved in every step of a project so their personalities, desires and intentions influence and enhance our ideas.Job descriptionC.Rae Interiors, LTD. is an Interior Design company that is well rounded in residential, commercial, hospitality design.We are seeking a Assistant Project Manager/ Designer, please see list below:Duties:<ul><li>Quickly and efficiently draw construction documents in AutoCad and Revit</li><li>Render 3D Perspectives</li><li>Develop concepts for custom mill-work and furniture</li><li>Select finish materials</li><li>Create Finish Schedules and FF&amp;E Specs</li><li>Manage project timelines</li><li>Manage workflow, and completion of projects and communicate progress to clients/designers/contractors</li><li>Create and maintain budget for project</li><li>Create invoices and purchase orders for projects</li><li>Follow-up and schedule orders, templates, installs, and deliveries</li></ul>Skills Needed:<ul><li>College graduate: Interior Design and/or Architecture/ Construction background</li><li>Proficient of AutoCad and Revit</li><li>Proficient of Photoshop</li><li>Proficient of Sketchup</li><li>Proficient of Microsoft Office products</li><li>Advanced knowledge of furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&amp;E) architectural/interior finishes, lighting, color and material to carry out design intent.</li><li>Must have understanding of construction terms, scheduling and planning concepts.</li><li>Proven ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, against deadline.</li><li>Excellent time management, organizational presentation and interpersonal skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
