Role Summary</b></h3><p>
The Head of AI Product Innovation is both a creative and hands-on builder, responsible for discovering, shaping, and launching AI-powered products with commercial monetization potential. In this highly strategic role, you&rsquo;ll work directly with the CTO and their senior leadership team to identify high-impact opportunities&mdash;drawing from internal R&amp;D and external market signals&mdash;to define product strategies, build prototypes and MVPs in collaboration with engineering and data science, and partner with GTM teams to bring these innovations to market. This is a cross-functional role at the heart of the company&rsquo;s AI-enabled transformation. This is remote role and can be based globally.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Key Responsibilities</b></h3><p><b>
Opportunity Discovery &amp; Strategy</b></p><ul><li>Conduct internal and external scans for product ideas at the intersection of AI, networking, connectivity, and infrastructure</li><li>Validate use cases via customer engagement, market research, and pilot projects</li><li>Develop business cases, financial models, ROI analysis, and risk assessments</li></ul><p><b>
Product Definition &amp; Road mapping</b></p><ul><li>Formulate vision, strategy, and roadmaps for AI offerings</li><li>Prioritize features/use cases for MVP, pilot, and scale based on impact, feasibility, and time to market</li><li>Establish success criteria and KPIs (e.g. adoption, revenue, usage, retention, cost, margin)</li></ul><p><b>
Hands-on Product Development</b></p><ul><li>Lead prototyping, MVP development, and pilot efforts</li><li>Collaborate closely with data science, engineering, operations to ensure scalability, robustness, and compliance</li><li>Oversee data strategy, model training, evaluation, iteration, testing</li></ul><p><b>
Commercialization &amp; Go-to-Market</b></p><ul><li>Define monetization strategies, pricing, packaging, segmentation</li><li>Partner with marketing, sales, and business development on product launches, positioning, messaging, and rollout</li><li>Monitor product performance post-launch, iterate and scale</li></ul><p><b>
Cross-Functional Leadership &amp; Influence</b></p><ul><li>Act as liaison among R&amp;D, engineering, operations, finance, marketing, sales, legal, and compliance</li><li>Influence senior leadership to secure investment and prioritize initiatives</li><li>Mentor and guide teams (direct or dotted), and foster a culture of innovation</li><li><b>Innovation &amp; Trends Monitoring</b></li><li>Stay updated on AI / ML / networking / infrastructure trends (e.g. generative AI, edge AI, agents)</li><li>Evaluate external partnerships, open-source projects, acquisitions, or startup collaboration</li><li>Encourage experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Skills &amp; Experience</b></h3><ul><li>Proven track record in defining, building, and launching AI / ML-driven products through full lifecycle</li><li>Technical fluency in machine learning, AI systems, data architectures, sufficient to engage meaningfully with technical teams</li><li>Strong product management experience: roadmap creation, prioritization, lifecycle management</li><li>Solid business acumen: building business cases, pricing models, measuring financial and non-financial impact</li><li>Experience working cross-functionally and aligning stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains</li><li>Experience or exposure to multiple geographies (North America, EMEA, APAC) or global working environments</li><li>Comfort with ambiguity, rapid prototyping, iteration, and pivoting where necessary</li><li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred / Desirable</b></h3><ul><li>Domain experience in networking, connectivity, infrastructure, cloud, telecommunications</li><li>Familiarity with cutting-edge AI architectures (LLMs, generative models, edge AI, agent systems)</li><li>Knowledge of AI ethics, data governance, regulatory constraints</li><li>Experience scaling AI products globally</li><li>Prior work in large enterprise / Fortune-scale environments</li></ul></div>
