Job Overview
As a Sr. Graphic Designer for C Squared Social, you will be an integral part of the Creative Team designing stunning digital advertisements for our clients which range from large brands to small start-ups. This is a full-time position based in Carlsbad, CA. All the tools needed for your job will be provided and you will report to the Creative Director. 
Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>
Producing creative work that meets the needs of clients</li><li>
Designing and conceptualizing creative assets</li><li>
Adhering to client brand guidelines</li><li>
Working with internal teams to support creative needs</li><li>
Managing deadlines effectively and staying on schedule</li><li>
Communicating with clients to understand their vision</li><li>
Be a leader to encourage the professional growth of Jr. Designers.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Qualifications<ul><li>
Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience</li><li>
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li><li>
Experience with typography and layout</li><li>
Experience with Brand Identity management</li><li>
Understanding of advertising and marketing principles</li><li>
A positive, solution-oriented, problem-solving, customer-centric attitude
</li></ul>A Stand-Out Candidate Will Also Have<ul><li>
Experience using AfterEffects and Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li>
Experience with video editing and motion design</li></ul></div>
