<div><div><p>The Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) is a full-time, on-site salaried position and key member of the prime contractor&rsquo;s team for the SR400 Express Lanes Project. The CQCM serves as the Contractor&rsquo;s authorized representative responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing the Construction Quality Management Plan (CQMP).This role ensures all work performed by subcontractors (including CWM), suppliers, and vendors complies with contract documents, GDOT standards and specifications, RFC plans, and applicable regulations. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, solid construction knowledge, and the ability to effectively communicate with project teams. Prior GDOT QC checklist and project closeout experience is strongly preferred.</p>

</div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Supervise the QC Team consisting of 1-3 Quality Control Engineers</li>
<li>Oversee the development, documentation, and implementation of the construction Quality Management process and procedures performed on the Construction Work.</li>
<li>Oversee and managing Quality Control testing and inspection activities.</li>
<li>Forecast material testing needs for Construction Quality Assurance and Owner Verification firms.</li>
<li>Inspect the Construction Work product for compliance with the requirements of the Project Documents, the PMP, and the Design Documents.</li>
<li>Participate in internal audits in which compliance with processes and procedures are verified and ensure the implementation of any changes identified.</li>
<li>Participate in the coordination and activities associated with the Control Point Inspections.</li>
<li>Furnish the owner&rsquo;s information necessary to catalog all material certifications and test reports.</li>
<li>Facilitate pre-activity meetings.</li>
<li>Participate in initiation and tracking and closeout of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR&rsquo;s)</li>
<li>Manage the development of Construction Work Plans.</li>
<li>Develop Construction Quality Control Plan.</li>
</ul><div><b>Required Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Minimum 10 years of transportation infrastructure experience as a construction project manager, superintendent, senior CEI inspector, or construction quality manager on at least one transportation infrastructure project involving both bridge and roadway aspects of at least $50 million in construction value.</li>
<li>Thorough knowledge of GDOT specifications, construction inspection, materials testing, and design-build delivery.</li>
<li>Design-Build and/or P3 Contracting experience a plus.</li>
</ul><div><b>Certifications &amp; Licenses</b></div>
<ul><li>ACI Concrete Testing Level 1 or GDOT Concrete Testing Technician (CTT)</li>
<li>OSHA 10 certification preferred.</li>
<li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License</li>
