PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES<br>
<ul><li>Receive work assignments, plan and/or generate work to be performed and obtain necessary tools, equipment and materials. Complete assignments and paperwork in a timely manner.</li><li>Follow inspection and service procedures outlined in the preventative maintenance program. Conduct and/or provide support in the day-to-day completion, organization and accuracy of preventive maintenance.</li><li>Accurately complete tenant requests, repair work and related records for the respective site/buildings as required</li><li>Maintain logs on daily activities and events as required</li><li>Effectively communicate to the appropriate party/parties the status and activity of building operations and conditions and promptly report any potential or existing problems.</li><li>Promote and maintain a high standard in the operation and appearance of the properties. Promote, establish and maintain positive relations with tenants via proactive communication, routine follow-up and a high level of customer service.</li><li>Oversight and understanding of MEP systems and control systems</li></ul></div><ul><li>Hands on and design work with MEP systems</li><li>MEP/HVAC preventative maintenance</li><li>MEP/HVAC controls troubleshooting and repair</li><li>Construction drawing review and coordination</li><li>Assist in the implementation of asset tagging and preventative maintenance software database upload.</li></ul><div><br>
REQUIREMENTS<br>
<ul><li>Enrollment in a facilities management or similar program.</li></ul></div><br>

Responsibilities:</b></div><div><ul><li>
This person will oversee a team of recruiters and will be responsible for supporting the TA Manager in leading the team.</li><li>
Tasks include but are not limited to holding weekly meetings, conducting 1 on 1s, contributing thoughts/ideas/experience in problem-solving, collaborating to develop and execute hiring solutions, and following-up with other management team members to ensure continuity of progress on projects and initiatives.</li><li>
Partner with client stakeholders to support full cycle recruitment in a variety of roles from entry level to senior leadership.</li><li>
Maintain diligence in accurate and timely metrics reporting for entire TA organization; responsible for real time analysis and critical review of hiring pipeline</li><li>
Drive the successful implementation of the talent acquisition strategy, operations and practices that will produce an exceptional hiring and overall candidate experience</li><li>
Partner with senior business and HR leadership to deliver an industry leading practice in matching internal opportunity demand with external talent pre-vetted pipeline supply</li><li>
Ensures that TA delivery process is followed: quality standards are met, delivery deadlines are met, cost/benefit is considered, issues are addressed and resolved and key stakeholders are involved and informed</li><li>
Manage day-to-day requests/activities such as workload balance, issue escalation and resolution, and recruiting process compliance</li><li>
Ensures Service Level Commitments are met</li></ul><p></p><p><b>

5+ years with proven success in progressive talent acquisition role</li><li>
Prior experience recruiting within skilled trades/IFM is a plus</li><li>
Desire to lead others, with previous experience leading a small team of recruiters highly preferred</li><li>
Excellent planning or project management skills/organization, analytic skills, strong attention to detail</li><li>
Proven track record of collaborating with leadership</li><li>
Previous experience in a third-party search and recruitment firm (contingent or retained) highly preferred</li><li>
Previous experience with sporadic and sometimes high-volume recruiting and ability to manage projects of scale</li><li>
Proven ability to recruit talent and train others to recruit talent across all levels (apprentice to senior leadership)</li><li>
Excellent communication skills</li><li>
The ability to manage multiple priorities</li></ul></div><br>
