Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager (SSM) I, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) / Arts Programs Specialist (APS) in the California Arts Council (CAC) Programs Unit independently performs the more complex and technical analytical work such as developing arts grant program guidelines, contract services, data research, summary reports, and internal process documents.<br>

This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year.<br>
