Major Responsibilities :<ul><li>Incorporation of Company / Limited Liability Partnership</li><li>Preparing &amp; filing of various returns, forms and other documents under the provision of Companies Act 2013 with the Registrar of the Companies and other authorities.</li><li>Providing advisory services in relation to drafting &amp; alteration of</li><li>Memorandum &amp; Articles of Association.</li><li>Maintaining statutory requirements such as Statutory Register, Minutes Book,</li><li>Fixed Assets Register, etc.</li><li>Company&rsquo;s Due Diligence Report.</li><li>Merger of the Company.</li><li>Striking of the Company /LLP.</li><li>Conversion of Company forms public to private, change in management of</li><li>Company etc.</li><li>Change in name, MOA, AOA of the Company.
