We are looking for an Account Executive<ul><li>Enter financial data into the software, making sure all bills and invoice are filled correctly.</li><li>Collaborate with Manager and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks.</li><li>Maintain employee loan and advance Record.</li><li>Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.</li><li>Payables, receivables and purchase orders.</li><li>Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them.</li><li>Manage payroll activities Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, and release salaries.</li><li>Maintaining the record of employee cash and account salary singly.</li><li>Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors.</li><li>Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank.</li><li>Create daily reports for management and team members</li><li>Able to manage wood factory accounts and keep eye on operational activities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
