This role serves as a trusted partner to leadership and a central point of coordination for administrative, financial, and communication activities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide senior-level administrative support to leadership and teams, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflows</li><li>Independently manage complex calendars, schedules, and appointments, prioritizing critical meetings and deadlines</li><li>Lead the coordination and execution of high-profile meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, materials, and follow-up actions</li><li>Prepare, edit, and review complex documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism</li><li>Conduct in-depth research, collect and analyze data, and compile comprehensive reports to support strategic planning and decision-making</li><li>Oversee budget management activities, including expense tracking and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with organizational policies</li><li>Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and strict confidentiality standards</li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional communication and relationship support</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>11+ years of progressive administrative or executive support experience</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related business tools</li><li>Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment</li><li>Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels</li></ul>Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hourWork Location: In person
