POSITION SUMMARY:
The Seasonal Events Associate performs duties associated with store events, participates in &ldquo;short term&rdquo; assignments and seasonal events to support the store as needed throughout the year. 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<ul><li>
Support a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.</li><li>
Provide a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by: identifying and evaluating customers' needs, making product recommendations based off of this analysis and promoting programs including, but not limited to CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up</li><li>
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers, children and customers.
</li><li>Assist with the execution of seasonal events.</li><li>
Facilitate &quot;in-house&quot; outdoor skills workshops.
</li><li>Participate in Store &ldquo;events&rdquo; as scheduled.</li><li>
Keep work area clean, neat and safe at all times.</li><li>
All other duties as assigned</li></ul> 
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
High School education or equivalent experience</li></ul> 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY<ul><li>
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers</li><li>
Ability to perform data entry, analyze reports and ledgers</li><li>
Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other Associates</li><li>
Good Customer Service skills</li><li>
Ability to function in a noisy and hectic environment, with children and parents</li></ul>

Seasonal Events Associate Part Time

<div><div>POSITION SUMMARY:</div><div>
Manages the installation, repair, upkeep and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and preventive maintenance for all buildings &amp; grounds, facilities, equipment and fire suppression systems for the Distribution Center. May also supervise DC housekeeping or provide maintenance services for retail facilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<ul><li>
Directs and oversees maintenance and housekeeping staff in performance of site duties. Supervises the daily activities of personnel, schedules and assigns work, checks for completion and quality of work, and aids associates in achieving company and personal goals.</li><li>
Ensures all warehouse equipment is properly serviced and maintained for a highly automated and technical facility by performing preventative maintenance to include, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic assessment/repair and provide direction to the Automated Systems Technician.</li><li>
Manages the completion of projects with minimal business interruption. Supervises internal staff and/or outside vendors in the completion of projects involving buildings, facilities, grounds, equipment, and fire suppression systems.</li><li>
Coordinates the work of outside vendors/contractors on capital projects or repairs. Obtains bids on labor, materials and schedules and communicates with Sr. Operations management for project scheduling and progress.</li><li>
Administers the ordering of janitorial and maintenance supplies and contracts for waste disposal services. Identifies parts and supplies needed to maintain appropriate level of inventory and spare parts to minimize downtime and limit expenses.</li><li>
Keeps site management appraised of projects and status of day-to-day operations. Attends operations meetings, prepares reports on project status, budget, inventory, scheduling of work, and outstanding issues.</li><li>
Maintains a safe workplace. Assists in the facility's team effort to maintain a safe workplace by maintaining compliance and correcting routine issues.</li><li>
Other Duties as Assigned by Management.</li></ul>
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s Degree or Apprenticeship</li><li>
4 to 6+ Years&rsquo; Experience</li><li>
Licensed Electrician (preferred)</li></ul>
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:<ul><li>
Maintenance supervisory or management position in a large facility with mechanical, electrical, or construction skills (preferred)</li><li>
Maintenance Tech with increasing responsibility for supervising people and projects (required)</li></ul> 
WORK ENVIRONMENT:</div><ul><li>
Required to work indoor in a non-climate-controlled environment.</li></ul>
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>
Ability to travel &lt;5%</li></ul>
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Regularly: Computer Work, walking, sitting, standing
