</p><p>The incumbent will be responsible for cleaning OR Suites, mopping floor, taking out the trash, linen and case carts.</p>
Requirements:
<ul><li>HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT</li>
<li>Willing to work on unscheduled days to help unit achieve adequate coverage.</li>
<li>Demonstrates ability to set priorities and assist others as needs arise.</li>
<li>All behavior should promote an atmosphere of teamwork that is congruent with facility standards and guidelines to promote positive relations.</li>
<li>Terminally clean OR Suites, mopping floor, taking out the trash, linen and case carts.</li>
<li>Maintains a neat, clean appearance with visible picture ID badge consistent with dress code.</li>
<li>Participates in the terminal cleaning process of each operating room as needed even if no procedure has been performed in the room. See terminal clean process assignment.</li>
<li>Understanding the importance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)</li>
<li>To do a visual inspection to ensure that all OR Suites are placed back into readiness for next day service.</li>
<li>Up to One year of position related experience required</li></ul></div><p></p>

The Patient Care Assistant works in a supporting role to nursing by conducting patient care activities. Applicants provide direct and indirect non-professional nursing care under nursing or medical supervision. Primarily this includes but is not limited to performing duties such as cleaning, taking vital signs, obtaining lab specimens, charting, escorting patients, assisting with activities of daily living, managing clerical duties and ordering and receiving supplies.<br>
<br>
To be considered, candidates must provide documentation of an 80% or higher score on the Medical Terminology exam.</p>
Requirements:

<li>Medical Assistant degree or West Virginia C.N.A. license or PCT Certification required</li>
<li>CPR within 90 days of employment</li>
<li>Glucoscan within 90 days of employment</li>

The Patient Care Assistant works in a supporting role to nursing by conducting patient care activities. Applicants provide direct and indirect non-professional nursing care under nursing or medical supervision. Primarily this includes but is not limited to performing duties such as cleaning, taking vital signs, obtaining lab specimens, charting, escorting patients, assisting with activities of daily living, managing clerical duties and ordering and receiving supplies.<br>

Candidates interviewed for this role will be asked to present proof of required degrees, certificates and/or certifications at the time of the interview. Candidates unwilling or unable to provide said documentation will not be considered.<br>
