Design, sell, and guide clients through the installation process</li><li>
Run inhome and inshowroom design consultations</li><li>
Ask lifestyle, function, and style questions to uncover needs</li><li>
Accurately measure spaces and document site conditions</li><li>
Use any CAD software you are comfortable with (Mozaik, 2020, Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) to produce layouts &amp; 3D renderings</li><li>
Present designs and close the sale confidently</li><li>
Prepare detailed selections, pricing, and proposals</li><li>
Handoff closed design packets to the production team</li><li>
Communicate clearly with clients, installers, and project management</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Lead Flow:</b></h4><ul><li>
Cabinet Worx provides the majority of leads</li><li>
You will also be encouraged to build your own pipeline through:</li><li>
Referrals</li><li>
Realtors</li><li>
Builders</li><li>
Remodelers</li><li>
Architects and designers</li><li>
Neighborhood projects and repeat clients</li></ul><p>

Requirements:</b></h4><ul><li>
Inhome sales experience (kitchens, closets, home remodeling, home improvement, organization systems, flooring, windows, etc.)</li><li>
Ability to close sales facetoface</li><li>
Existing proficiency in any CAD design software</li><li>
Understanding of remodeling, construction, or interior design</li><li>
Strong communication and followthrough</li><li>
Reliable vehicle and valid driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></h4><ul><li>
Previously experience at California Closets, Closet Factory, Closets By Design, Manor House, Kitchens, or similar organizations</li><li>
Relationships with builders, designers, architects, or remodelers</li><li>
Portfolio of completed projects</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Compensation:</b></h4><ul><li>
Base salary range: $40,000$55,000</li><li>
Commission on sales</li><li>
Bonuses for achieving design and sales milestones</li><li>
OTE for strong performers: $85,000$120,000+</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
