Cabinets To Go

<div><div>GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 
<ul><li>Installation and maintenance of personal computers, loading software, printer maintenance,</li></ul>
imaging PCs, and providing local and remote end-user support 
<ul><li>Identify, research, and resolve technical problems for all end-user equipment to include but not</li></ul>
limited to laptops, desktops, desk phones, printers, scanner devices and RF Guns 
<ul><li>Respond quickly to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support providing</li></ul>
impeccable customer service *Assist in maintaining and adjusting LAN wiring and patch panels 
<ul><li>Provide routine monitoring, testing, and analysis of all related IT system elements</li><li>Prepare training room/conference for meetings,</li><li>Set up new users, groups and rights using Office 365, NetSuite and LogFire</li><li>Coordinate with other staff to provide support and or completing projects efficiently</li></ul>
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: 
<ul><li>1 or more years' experience in technical support roles</li><li>Understanding of networking technology to support WAN/LAN/WLAN environments and</li></ul>
knowledge of cable, Fiber, T1 and wireless internet connectivity 
<ul><li>Ability to configure and administer Windows based workstations (Win 7 thru Win 10)</li><li>Advanced computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft products and ability to grasp new systems quickly</li></ul></div>

The Support Technician will install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair PC's,RFGuns,Software and related devices. The candidate must be professional, analytical, supportive, and a team player with a 
solid understanding of PC hardware, software, and networking.<div>
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: 
<ul><li>Troubleshooting skills and diagnostic skills used in diagnosing network, operating system</li></ul>
software and hardware related issues 
<ul><li>Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines and handle responsibilities in a professional</li></ul>
manner 
<ul><li>People oriented, able to provide clear, professional communication</li><li>Required to walk, stand, sit, push, pull, reach overhead, climb and bend to the floor. Ability to</li></ul>
exert 20 to 50 pounds of force constantly to move objects. 
<ul><li>Must be able to work after hours and periodic holidays as needed.</li><li>Employee must have ability to work on his/her own with no direct, constant supervision. Must be</li></ul>
comfortable performing the essential job functions and feel comfortable being held accountable 
for their completion. The employee must be self-motivating and willing to take control. 
<ul><li>There will be travel to the stores for new openings and remodel setups.</li></ul>
