What you&rsquo;ll do</b></h2>

In partnership with the department manager, develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.</p></li><li><p>
Maintains staff by interviewing, selection and hiring.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain in-depth working knowledge of the company&rsquo;s systems and processes.</p></li><li><p>
Trains new and existing employees.</p></li><li><p>
Accomplishes department objectives by planning, assigning and directing work.</p></li><li><p>
Provide supervision and technical assistance to team members to attain departmental and organizational goals</p></li><li><p>
Coaches, counsels, and address employee performance and corrective action plans on a timely basis.</p></li><li><p>
Authoring and discussing with employee&rsquo;s performance appraisals</p></li><li><p>
Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purpose.</p></li><li><p>

Highly reliable, demonstrating integrity and a strong work ethic.</p></li><li><p>
Excellent analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding interpersonal communication.</p></li><li><p>
Proficient in electronic billing systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.</p></li><li><p>
Maintains a positive attitude in fast-paced environments.</p></li><li><p>
