What you&rsquo;ll do</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Provide on the job training for employees working under your direction on construction practices and methods to ensure a safe and productive work environment.</li><li>
Assign daily tasks to in-house field engineers.</li><li>
Perform audits of submittals from field engineers to ensure work is being completed in compliance with project specifications and monitor safe work practices.</li><li>
Review daily production reports, keep track of work hours, complete and maintain accurate for areas walked out.</li><li>
Verify submitted Daily Production Reports for accuracy and approve recorded production for billing purposes.</li><li>
Willingness to work shifts as assigned.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What you&rsquo;ll need</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>To be 18 years of age or older.</li><li>
Authorization to work in the United States for this company.</li><li>
Possess a valid driver's license (class &quot;C&quot; minimum) or be eligible and willing to obtain the required license for the position (possibly class &quot;B&quot; - light commercial).</li><li>
Provide verifiable evidence of experience in CATV construction field and prior supervisory experience in construction or related field.</li></ul><p><b>
Physical abilities &amp; exposures</b></p><ul><li><b>
Routinely: </b>capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions, able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift, standing and walking 4-8 hours daily.</li><li><b>
Occasionally:</b> lift and carry 50- 60 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling and repetitve motion (grasping and manipulation).</li></ul></div></div></div>
