This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in talent acquisition and human resources.</div>
<div></div><div>As a Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers across multiple departments to identify hiring needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and support the hiring process from application to onboarding.</div>
<div></div><div><b>What You'll Do</b></div>
<div>Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and proactive outreach</div>
<div>Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews to evaluate fit and qualifications</div>
<div>Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers</div>
<div>Manage job postings across multiple platforms, including Indeed and other recruiting tools</div>
<div>Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system</div>
<div>Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruiting campaigns</div>
<div>Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience</div>
<div>Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recommend recruiting strategies</div>
<div>Support onboarding and new hire processes as needed</div>
<div></div><div><b>What We're Looking For</b></div>
<div>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</div>
<div>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</div>
<div>Ability to manage multiple open positions at once</div>
<div>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment</div>
<div>Strong problem-solving and time management skills</div>
<div>Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace</div>
<div></div><div><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></div>
<div>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field</div>
<div>Previous recruiting, HR, sales, or internship experience is a plus</div>
