We&rsquo;re looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator who knows how to capture the energy of a packed restaurant and turn it into high-quality social media content that drives people in the door.This role is perfect for someone who understands Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and modern video storytelling.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Capture high-quality photo and video content of food, drinks, guests, and events</li><li>Shoot engaging vertical video for Instagram Reels and TikTok</li><li>Create and publish posts, reels, and stories across social platforms</li><li>Highlight live music, sporting events, specials, and restaurant atmosphere</li><li>Edit content using tools like CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or similar</li><li>Plan and execute weekly content calendars</li><li>Stay on top of social media trends and apply them to restaurant content</li><li>Respond to comments and help engage with the online community</li><li>Work closely with ownership to promote events, menu items, and brand campaigns</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong photo and video shooting skills (iPhone or camera)</li><li>Ability to create clean, high-quality social media content</li><li>Experience filming food, drinks, and restaurant environments</li><li>Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Reels trends</li><li>Comfortable filming in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant</li><li>Creative mindset with strong attention to detail</li><li>Reliable, organized, and self-motivated</li><li>Local to Mont Belvieu / Baytown area</li></ul>Bonus Skills<ul><li>Experience running social media for a restaurant, bar, or hospitality brand</li><li>Basic graphic design skills</li><li>Experience creating viral or high-performing content</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Be Creating Content Of<ul><li>Signature food and cocktails</li><li>Packed dining rooms and guest experiences</li><li>Live music nights</li><li>Sports watch parties on our massive video wall</li><li>Special events and promotions</li><li>Behind-the-scenes kitchen moments</li></ul>Pay: $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
