Our mission is to prioritize customer needs, assist dentists, and ensure the best patient care through high-quality products and the latest technology.Job Summary:The Medical Representative (Dental Lab) is responsible for promoting the dental laboratory&rsquo;s products and services to dental clinics and dentists (for Abu Dhabi coverage). This role focuses on conducting regular field visits, building long-term relationships, and increasing the lab&rsquo;s client base by offering customized dental solutions and maintaining excellent service quality.______________Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct daily visits to dental clinics, hospitals, and dental centers to promote the lab&rsquo;s products and services (crowns, bridges, veneers, implants, dentures, etc.).</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, clinic owners, and dental assistants.</li><li>Present and explain laboratory services, materials, and techniques to potential clients.</li><li>Identify and approach new clinics to expand the client base.</li><li>Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and timely service delivery.</li><li>Gather and report market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback.</li><li>Coordinate closely with the dental lab team for accurate order processing and delivery.</li><li>Handle client complaints or concerns professionally and ensure issues are resolved quickly.</li><li>Prepare and submit weekly visit reports and monthly sales performance summaries.</li><li>Represent the company in dental exhibitions, conferences, and professional networking events.</li></ul>______________Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Dental Technology, Dentistry, or a related field.</li><li>Previous experience as a Dental or Medical Sales Representative (experience with dental labs preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of dental materials and lab processes.</li><li>Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to manage field visits effectively.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and willingness to travel daily to multiple clinic locations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
