Key Responsibilities:</div><div>
Designation: Facility Manager II,</div><div>
Facility Management:</div><div>
Experince:12 to 20 Years</div><ul><li>
Ensure that all electrical, lighting, HVAC, plumbing and mechanical systems are operational 24/7</li><li>
Ensure that all housekeeping/security/maintenance staff follow the laid down procedures pertaining to service delivery, conduct and grooming standards at site. Supervise all day-to-day activities for helpdesk, security, maintenance, and housekeeping team.</li><li>
Responsible for ensuring proper functioning of the office infrastructure and managing facilities.</li><li>
Maintenance of fire safety &amp; Security equipment, implementation of corrective and planned preventive maintenance schedules.</li><li>
Oversee timely closure of employee concerns and requests pertaining to Facilities.</li><li>
Cafeteria and pantry management.</li><li>
Responsible for front office maintenance and call management.</li><li>
Ensure administration staff members are trained on best practices in their roles.</li><li>
Structured tracking and reporting of carbon emissions/footprint on monthly basis to ESG team</li><li>
Oversee deployment and staffing of cleaning staff, domestic staff for non-technical facilities.</li><li>
In charge of inventory control, check and stock stationery, paper, other consumables, and issue of purchase requisitions.</li><li>
Maintaining MIS data, daily report, weekly report, Monthly report etc.</li><li>
Provide reports to management regularly on the activities managed and cost improvement initiatives.</li><li>
Identify cost optimization opportunities in one or more areas covering materials procurement, engineered/designed goods, inventory management, contracts/services procurement without compromising quality.</li><li>
Preparation of annual facilities budget for all relevant requirement eg, capex, opex, services etc.</li><li>
Transportation: Achieve optimization of costs and operational excellence (punctuality / quality of vehicles), employee safety and women employee safety.</li><li>
Security: To ensure the security team is trained with all the basics such as documentation, fire safety, etc.</li><li>
Operational knowledge on STPI / SEZ regulations and day to day operations and compliance.</li><li>
Contract management: To identify resourceful vendors, review their performance periodically and ensure SLAs are maintained.</li><li>
Project Management: - responsible for all the project execution with on time deliverables.</li><li>
Develop, communicate, and execute comprehensive facility management strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and values.</li><li>
Oversee and lead a team responsible for maintenance, repairs, and renovations of our office facilities to ensure optimal functionality, aesthetics, and safety.</li><li>
Establish and nurture relationships with vendors, service providers, and contractors, ensuring effective contract negotiation, compliance, and quality service delivery.</li><li>
Strategically plan and manage office space utilization, layout, and allocation, aiming to maximize collaboration, creativity, and employee satisfaction.</li><li>
Monitor, analyze, and manage facility-related budgets, expenses, and procurement activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and resource allocation.</li><li>
Implement and enforce rigorous health, safety, and environmental protocols, ensuring full compliance with regulations and a secure workplace.</li><li>
Rapidly respond to and resolve facility-related emergencies, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity</li></ul><div></div><div>
Key Requirements:</div><ul><li>
Educational background: Preferred BE &amp; MBA and hands on experience in corporate Real Estate, Facility Management or related field (preferred).</li><li>
12 to 20 Years of experience in track record in facility management and administration leadership roles.</li><li>
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.</li><li>
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities to meet demanding deadlines.</li><li>
Proficiency in speaking and reading English, Hindi, Kannada</li></ul><div></div><div>
