We focus on real-world, job-oriented training across technical and design domains.Work Location:CADSPRO Training Center Near Vijayanagar Metro Station, BangaloreJob Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Civil CAD Faculty / Trainer to conduct training sessions on a wide range of civil and architectural design software. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of design tools, a passion for teaching, and the ability to mentor students effectively.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver practical and theory-based training in:</li><li>AutoCAD (Civil)</li><li>SketchUp</li><li>Revit Architecture</li><li>Maya</li><li>3ds Max</li><li>STAAD Pro</li><li>ETABS</li><li>Primavera</li><li>MS Project</li><li>Lumion</li><li>MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing design tools)</li><li>Prepare and update course materials, project files, and practical assessments.</li><li>Train students in both basic and advanced concepts.</li><li>Help students&rsquo; complete projects aligned with industry standards.</li><li>Provide regular feedback and monitor progress.</li><li>Maintain classroom discipline and ensure effective learning.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest software updates and training techniques.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Strong command over civil design and project management tools</li><li>Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, STAAD Pro, ETABS, Primavera, MS Project, Lumion</li><li>Hands-on experience with 3D rendering software like 3ds Max and Maya</li><li>Familiarity with MEP tools and BIM workflows is an added advantage</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills</li><li>Ability to engage students and adapt to different learning styles</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management</li><li>Relevant certifications in one or more of the listed software</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of teaching or industry experience preferred</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
