Job Summary
Under the direction of your Studio Manager, The Experience Ambassador plays a key role in delivering an exceptional studio experience while supporting sales performance and operational flow. This position guides clients through the image selection and ordering process, builds meaningful customer relationships, and contributes to achieving studio revenue and service goals.
Essential Job Functions
Customer Experience<ul><li>
Welcome and guide clients through their studio visit</li><li>
Anticipate needs and resolve concerns</li><li>
Maintain customer satisfaction scores</li></ul>
Sales &amp; Presentation<ul><li>
Lead image presentation sessions</li><li>
Recommend products and packages</li><li>
Support studio revenue targets</li><li>
Achieve individual and team sales goals</li></ul>
Team &amp; Operations<ul><li>
Coordinate with photographers</li><li>
Maintain studio appearance</li><li>
Communicate promotions and brand messaging</li></ul>
Job Requirements<ul><li>
Must be at least 18 years of age</li><li>
High School diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Must pass a satisfactory background check</li><li>
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>
A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service</li><li>
Ability to multitask and prioritize</li><li>
Professional demeanor shown in person, on calls and in emails</li><li>
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail</li><li>
Able to speak, read and write English</li><li>
Team player mentality with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues on ideas and initiatives</li><li>
Flexible with working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Evening and weekend availability expected</li><li>
Seasonal peak periods</li><li>
Basic computer / POS system skills</li><li>
Comfortable with sales goals or commission environments</li><li>
Reliable transportation</li><li>
Ability to work weekends / peak seasons</li></ul>
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors<ul><li>
Extended periods of viewing computer screens</li><li>
Able to remain standing and active for extended periods (up to 6+ hours)</li><li>
Significant noise and other potential sensory stimulants (i.e., busy retail environment with camera flashes, music, and sometimes crowded area)</li><li>
Able to move up to 20 lbs</li><li>
