Are YOU a wizard at FP&amp;A and Business Intelligence? CAES by Honeywell seeks a mission-driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at the intersection of FP&amp;A and Business Intelligence. This role is critical to shaping our strategic financial direction by providing data-driven insights, developing advanced financial models, and creating robust BI reports. We are looking for an analytical professional with a proven track record in the defense sector, who can translate complex financial data into actionable intelligence that drives program success.</div><br>

Responsibilities:<div></div><div><b><br>
Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A):</b></div><ul><li>
Lead the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), long-range strategic plan, and quarterly financial forecasts for defense programs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.</li><li>
Design and maintain complex financial models for program performance, Estimates at Complete (EACs), pricing, and what-if scenario analysis.</li><li>
Provide strategic financial recommendations to senior leadership by conducting in-depth variance analysis on program profitability, revenue, and costs.</li><li>
Ensure rigorous financial compliance with government regulations, including the FAR, DFARS, and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).</li><li>
Prepare and present executive-level financial reports and presentations for both internal stakeholders and external defense customers.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Business Intelligence (BI) &amp; Data Analytics:</b></div><ul><li>
Design, develop, and deploy dynamic Power BI dashboards and other BI solutions to provide real-time visibility into program performance, budget status, and KPIs.</li><li>
Leverage expertise in SQL and other data tools to automate financial data collection, reporting, and visualization.</li><li>
Conduct advanced data analytics on large, complex datasets to identify trends, mitigate risks, and uncover strategic opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Program Management, Contracts, and Operations, to define business requirements and ensure data accuracy.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<div><b>
Minimum:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.</li><li>
5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis.</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, with hands-on experience building complex dashboards from scratch.</li><li>
Proficiency with enterprise financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Deltek Costpoint).</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex financial information to diverse audiences.</li><li>
This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a &ldquo;US Person&rdquo; under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred:</b></div><ul><li>
Master's degree in a relevant field.</li><li>
Financial planning and analysis within the defense industry or a government contracting environment.</li><li>
Deep expertise with government contracting types (e.g., FFP, CPFF, T&amp;M) and their financial management requirements.</li><li>
Active U.S. Secret security clearance.</li><li>
Relevant professional certification, such as Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), CPA, or CFA.</li><li>
Practical knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and reporting.</li></ul><div><b>
Salary Range: $98,000- $120,000 Annually.</b> Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.</div><div>
