OVERVIEW:</b></div>

The successful candidate will have previous knowledge of the theory of electricity, electrical schematics and various electrical measuring devices such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and megger/hi-pot testing</div><br>

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Be part of a team that performs a wide variety of advanced and complex level tasks involving the use of mechanical and electronic test equipment.</li>
<li>Ability to work at complex level tasks involving troubleshooting and testing</li>
<li>Responds to customer telephone calls</li>
<li>Ensures that assignments are completed in the established time standards.</li>
<li>All-purpose technician capable of adjusting mechanical/electrical parts.</li>
<li>Testing and repairing pipes and leaks in air, and oil systems</li>
<li>Fills test reports, internal adjustments, and pending job information accurately</li>
<li>Keeps testing area clean at all time</li>
<li>Theory of electrical principles and troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Prior experience working with test procedures and ability to read and understand the schematics</li>
<li>Familiarity with electrical testing instruments (e.g. Multi-meter, Amp meter, oscilloscope, Hi-pot, megger, data recorder etc.)</li>
<li>Prior experience working with LabVIEW or similar tool</li>
<li>Cope with rotational shiftwork. This position is 3 weeks (first shift) and 3 weeks (second shift)</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager</li></ul><br>

TRAINING/EDUCATION REQUIRED:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>High school graduate or equivalent required with at least 5 years of progressive and directly related electrical/mechanical experience required.</li>
<li>Associates degree in electrical/mechanical engineering can be used in lieu of 5 years&rsquo; experience without degree</li>
<li>Skillset to follow schematics, pneumatic, hydraulic, air conditioning in making repairs</li></ul><br>

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Ability to work in a start-up, high pressure environment</li>
<li>Must be self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills essential for day to day operations.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing</li>
<li>Understanding oral and written Spanish highly desirable</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.</li>

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $25.00 to $33.00.</div></div>
