Job Title: Store Supervisor (Arabic National) Location: KuwaitJob Type: Full-TimeJob Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor (Arabic National) with a strong background in the Food &amp; Beverage industry to join our growing team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing store operations, leading the team, and ensuring excellent customer service while driving sales performance.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day store operations in line with brand standards and guidelines</li><li>Supervise, lead, and motivate the team to ensure high performance and productivity</li><li>Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality</li><li>Drive sales performance and achieve store targets</li><li>Initiate and execute Local Store Marketing (LSM) activities to improve topline sales</li><li>Manage stock control and inventory efficiently</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong leadership and people management skills</li><li>Solid product knowledge with planning and organizational abilities</li><li>Proactive with strong follow-up skills and initiative</li><li>Excellent customer service and sales skills</li><li>Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards</li><li>Experience with POS and ordering systems (e.g., Foodics, Odoo)</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office</li><li>Fluent in English and Arabic</li><li>Energetic, adaptable, and results-driven</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent</li><li>Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or Store Manager in the F&amp;B industry</li><li>Minimum of 5 years relevant experience</li><li>Arab National</li><li>Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you Arabic National?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Food and Beverages: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
