We are currently seeking motivated, self-driven individuals with a positive "can-do" attitude to join our Millcreek Mall maintenance team! In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of maintenance, housekeeping, and janitorial duties, ensuring that the mall remains clean, safe, and well-maintained for both customers and staff. Your tasks will include routine cleaning and upkeep of common areas, restrooms, and other public spaces, as well as performing minor repairs and maintenance as needed. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to take initiative while contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.
 
In This Role, You Will: 
<ul>
<li>Landscape both interior and exterior areas of the premises, including grass cutting, weed control, and trimming trees and hedges, ensuring a well-maintained and attractive environment</li>
<li>Perform painting tasks as required, including touch-ups and full repaints, to maintain a fresh and professional appearance throughout the property</li>
<li>Clean and maintain public restrooms, ensuring they are sanitary, well-stocked, and presentable for guests at all times</li>
<li>Shovel and remove snow and ice from walkways, entrances, and parking areas, applying melting agents as needed to prevent hazards and ensure safety</li>
<li>Perform a variety of repairs, including roof maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and other tasks as directed, to keep the facility in optimal condition</li>
<li>Replace light bulbs, lenses, and ceiling tiles as necessary, ensuring proper lighting and a functional, well-maintained interior</li>
<li>Assist in handling seasonal tasks, such as setting up seasonal décor or preparing the property for changing weather conditions</li>

Janitorial Personnel - Millcreek Mall

In This Role, You Will:

<li>Clean and maintain floors, common areas, doors, walls, glass, sidewalks, roof, roof drains, gutters, downspouts, and parking lots.</li>
<li>Collect and dispose of trash both inside and outside the facility.</li>
<li>Perform landscaping duties, including grass cutting, weed control, tree and hedge trimming, and maintaining the exterior grounds.</li>
<li>Handle painting and touch-up tasks as needed.</li>
<li>Clean and maintain public restrooms to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.</li>
<li>Shovel snow and ice removal, applying melting agents as necessary.</li>
<li>Complete repairs, including roof maintenance and other tasks as assigned.</li>
<li>Replace light bulbs, lenses, and ceiling tiles as directed.</li>
</ul>
