We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized F&amp;B Purchaser to manage the procurement of food and beverage items for our establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of all supplies.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source and purchase food and beverage items from approved suppliers</li><li>Maintain inventory levels and manage stock orders</li><li>Negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors</li><li>Monitor quality and ensure compliance with safety standards</li><li>Work closely with kitchen and service teams to meet operational needs</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in F&amp;B purchasing or a similar role</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Good knowledge of food and beverage products and supply chain</li><li>Ability to manage multiple suppliers and deadlines</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
