This paid role offers an engaging opportunity to develop your skills in a vibrant setting that values hospitality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations or seating arrangements efficiently</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality</li><li>Mix cocktails, pour beverages, and manage bar inventory with precision and attention to detail</li><li>Provide attentive customer service by addressing guest needs, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, bar, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or events like banquets or nightclub nights</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in food service, fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or catering environments is preferred</li><li>Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math understanding are essential</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally</li><li>Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment using excellent time management skills</li><li>Experience in serving alcohol responsibly; knowledge of brewing or beverage preparation is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with retail math for cash handling and sales transactions</li><li>Hospitality experience including restaurant experience or retail math knowledge is highly valued</li></ul>This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
