Please note: PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE | If your only barista experience has only been at Starbucks, please know our operations and espresso machine completely differ from theirs and therefore that experience is not as important as someone who understands how to manually steam milk and pull shots.AVAILABILITY | We unfortunately cannot accept any applicants who will be unable to work through September 7th. Thanks for understanding!Responsibilities as a Team Member:<ul><li>Barista &ndash; Craft espresso drinks, shaken tea and specialty beverages for customers with consistency and quickness</li><li>Service &ndash; Provide friendly, exceptional customer service to all guests</li><li>Food &ndash; Deliver food and drinks to dine-in guests using a tray</li><li>Skills &ndash; Fast learner and ability to take constructive criticism, adaptable, flexible to help with cafe dishwashing, great team player.</li><li>Barista experience is required</li></ul>Job Types: Part-timePay: $23.00 &ndash; $27.00Benefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule (great for college students)</li><li>Free employee meals and beverages, plus discounts on food and drinks</li><li>Paid training (our training program allows you to make tips while learning the functions of Caf&eacute; Opla!)</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Shift Availability: 6:30 a.m. &ndash; 2:30 p.m.</li><li>Must be able to work 12-24 hours a week.</li><li>Must be open both Saturday and Sunday.</li></ul>Please Note:<ul><li>No parking is available M-F.
