You enjoy turning pricing data into insights, building strong cross-functional relationships, and helping the business make smart, profitable decisions. You bring a strong foundation in finance or accounting, a passion for accuracy, and the curiosity to dig into the details behind product cost, customer profitability, and pricing strategy.</div><p><b><br>

Responsibilities</b></h2>
<div><p><b>What You Will Do</b></p><ul><li>
Maintain a clean and accurate customer pricing database.</li><li>
Partner with the sales team to quote existing products and analyze profitability.</li><li>
Work with R&amp;D to quote new products, including detailed review of product cost inputs.</li><li>
Conduct deep-dive profitability analysis for existing customers and products.</li><li>
Manage and report P&amp;A spend by customer.</li><li>
Manage commission payment reporting by broker.</li><li>
Maintain external customer pricing documentation.</li><li>
Create reports reflecting sales performance, metrics, and objectives.</li><li>
Address pricing-related questions and concerns raised by team members.</li><li>
Monitor competitor pricing on similar products.</li><li>
Provide support for cost accounting as needed.</li><li>
Attend food shows.</li><li>
Assist with sales budgeting.</li></ul></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></h2>
<div><p><b>What You Need to Be Successful</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance or accounting, required.</li><li>
5 years of experience in cost accounting, customer pricing, and profitability analysis.</li><li>
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.</li><li>
Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel formulas, system queries, and database administration.</li><li>
Ability to work across the organization and build strong working relationships.</li><li>
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>
Detail oriented with a passion for quality.</li><li>
Highly motivated and able to take ownership of projects from start to finish.</li><li>
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>
Analytical mindset with a willingness to dig deeper rather than accept easy answers.</li><li>
MBA or undergraduate concentration in Finance preferred, but not required.</li></ul><div></div><p><i><br>
