The ideal candidate will have 4&ndash;5 years of proven experience in international freight forwarding sales, with a strong understanding of sea export. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence across the region.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base</li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international freight forwarding</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients</li><li>Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field</li><li>4&ndash;5 years of sales experience in international freight forwarding (mandatory)</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC logistics market</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets</li><li>Proficiency in ERP/ CRM software and MS Office Suite</li><li>Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED7,500.00 per month
