Cal Spas

Cal Spas is seeking out a Graphic Designer to support our marketing department. This individual will work in unison with sales &amp; marketing management to create catalogs, literature, brochures, banners, and other forms of advertising and promotional materials that describe Cal Spas products and provide information relative to current sales plans and feature development.We will task our graphic designer with tasks like -<ul><li>Computer generate creative advertising materials and forms for Cal Spas corporate office</li><li>Proofread all jobs and spell check.</li><li>Print in-house POP posters, banners, and other materials as required to promote Cal Spas products.</li><li>Work with outside printers for best possible prices and schedule press times.</li><li>Prepare camera-ready art for promotional materials.</li><li>Assist with copywriting as requested and be aware of state-of-the-art media used by our market competitors.</li><li>Coordinate work with in-house printing department to assure that all materials are available on a timely basis to meet Cal Spas promotional program timelines.</li><li>Have skills in the use of all office equipment, including large format printers, copiers, standard printers, etc.</li><li>Assist as required with the print shop to assure that all schedules are maintained.</li><li>Prepare MIU (Monthly Information Updates) materials as required and in concert with the instructions from marketing management.</li><li>Assure that all departmental computers and other equipment is maintained in accordance with manufacturer&rsquo;s requirements and that necessary preventative maintenance schedules are followed.</li><li>Assure that adequate printing materials such as papers, films, transparencies, and inks and toners are available at all times so as to assure the ability of the department to meet short term projects.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive files of all completed work for potential future use.</li><li>Obtain various forms of art materials for inclusion into Cal Spas promotional materials.</li><li>Awareness that promotional activities such as dealer meetings and trade shows require significant increases in man-hours to meet schedules and be consistently available to meet those demands.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $26.00 per hourWork Location: In person
