Job Title:Qualified Mental Health Professional &ndash; Community Services (QMHP-CS) Full-Time | 1099 Contractor | Dallas&ndash;Fort Worth MetroplexJob Summary:Calabri Health LLC is seeking a compassionate and committed Qualified Mental Health Professional&ndash;Community Services (QMHP-CS) to join our team in the Grand Prairie, TX area. This is a full-time, 1099 independent contractor role focused on delivering community-based mental behavioral health services, including skills training, crisis intervention, case management, and supportive medication management under supervision.Company Overview:Calabri Health LLC provides high-quality outpatient mental behavioral health services tailored to the individual needs, strengths, and preferences of our clients. Our commitment is to deliver safe, respectful, and efficient care that empowers clients to thrive.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide individualized community-based services including:</li><li>Skills training</li><li>Case management</li><li>Crisis intervention</li><li>Medication management support</li><li>Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all services provided.</li><li>Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, families, and care team members.</li><li>Submit detailed reports and treatment documentation in accordance with agency and state requirements.</li><li>Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.</li><li>Support clients in navigating behavioral health challenges and accessing appropriate resources.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:Candidates must hold a bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited institution in one of the following fields:<ul><li>Psychology</li><li>Social Work</li><li>Medicine</li><li>Registered Nursing</li><li>Rehabilitation</li><li>Counseling</li><li>Sociology</li><li>Human Growth and Development</li><li>Physician Assistant</li><li>Gerontology</li><li>Special Education</li><li>Educational Psychology</li><li>Early Childhood Education</li></ul>Additional Requirements:<ul><li>Ownership of a laptop or computer suitable for documentation and telehealth.</li><li>Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations within Grand Prairie, TX area.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Timely documentation and electronic records management.</li></ul>Location Requirement:Applicants must reside in or near the Grand Prairie, TX area. to effectively serve clients in the area.Working Conditions:This is a field-based hybrid contractor position with flexibility for both in-person and remote service delivery. While contractors manage their own schedules, some evening, weekend, or on-call availability may be beneficial based on client needs. Local travel throughout the Grand Prairie, TX area is required.Compensation:This is a 1099 contract position.
