Job Title: HR Support.Qualification: Any Graduate.Experience: 0&ndash;1 yearLocation: Various project sites (as per business requirements)Salary: &#8377;15,000 per monthJob Summary: The HR Support will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR and administrative activities at project sites. This role ensures smooth HR operations, compliance, and employee support by acting as a vital link between site teams and the Head Office (HO). The position requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal, coordination, and documentation skills, along with the flexibility to travel frequently to various project locations.Key Responsibilities: Create, issue, and manage employee, visitor, and material gate passes.Coordinate with site teams for HR-related requirements and provide employee support.Maintain and update daily attendance records using biometric and manual systems. Handle PF &amp; ESIC documentation, registration, and compliance for site employees.Assist employees with PF UAN activation, ESIC cards, and grievance resolution. Process and verify travel claims and expense reimbursements.Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR documents. Support recruitment, coordination, and onboarding of new joiners at project sites.Manage ID cards, joining kits, and other HR administrative support. Communicate and ensure implementation of HR policies and updates at site level.Ensure confidentiality, adherence to HR policies, and statutory compliance. Travel frequently to different project sites as per business requirements.Key Skills &amp; Competencies:Strong understanding of HR operations and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, attendance). Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills.Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel and HR documentation tools. Ability to multitask and handle site-level HR challenges independently.Proactive, organized, and able to maintain high confidentiality standards. Flexibility to travel frequently across project locations.Education &amp; Experience: Qualification: Any Graduate.
