Compensation and Hours: 
Starting pay is $21.00 per hour + $0.50 shift differential
 
Potential to earn overtime
 
Position will be 1st shift from 7:00am-3:30pm (TUE-SAT)
 
What will you be doing?
 
Order Picking: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated storage locations according to order specifications. Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
 
Meet Safety Standards: Work independently to move product safely and efficiently throughout warehouse.
 
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!
 
1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred
 
Previous Fork Lift Certification required
 
Effective time management skills and positive team player required

What will you be doing?
 <ul>
<li>Lead reporting and budget: Create specific portions of monthly forecasts, annual operating budget, and 3-year business plan including relevant/critical analysis and documentation of major assumptions/variances</li>
<li>Manage financial accuracy: Support key functional areas such as Marketing, Retail Facilities, Store Operations, Merchandising, Logistics by partnering with their leadership to agree on overall spend and at the account level, drive performance by completing analyses to identify areas of opportunities, and ensure alignment between functional area, Accounting, and finance</li>
<li>Partner with Retail Accounting: Work cross-functionally during month-end close process to understand variances between budget and forecast to determine impact on future financial forecasts</li>
<li>Lead meetings with division leadership: Work to identify variance, explaining situation, and proposing solutions to mitigate future spend</li>
<li>Project P&L impact: Review of key balance sheet accounts (rewards reserve, LIFO reserve, etc.) given fluctuations in business performance</li>
<li>Manage gift card third party vendors: Coordinate gift card process engaging internal and external parties to ensure correct art, card count, and distribution to stores</li>
<li>Establish key dashboards: Visualize key performance metrics ensuring business performance aligns with expectations and work with business partners to develop action plan when performance is off track</li>
<li>Ad-hoc analyses: Assure accurate and timely completion of critical ad-hoc analyses as requested by VP-Finance and other business partners</li>

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!
 <ul>
<li>Bachelor of Science Accounting or Finance required</li>
<li>3+ years of business partnering and FP&A experience</li>
<li>Significant accounting or financial analysis experience</li>
<li>Experience in budgeting & forecasting</li>
<li>Ability to work with a variety of business functions and levels in an organization</li>
<li>Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, vlookups, and ability to link spreadsheets)</li>
<li>Enterprise system experience, particularly related to business planning and analysis (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, SACp etc.) preferred</li>
<li>Quantitative analysis skills a plus</li>
