 Position Summary
 
 
 
 The Marketing Associate will support the firm&rsquo;s marketing and business development initiatives by assisting with proposal creation, graphic design, website updates, marketing research, and other related projects. This role is ideal for someone with a creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced professional environment.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proposal Development: Assist with the preparation, formatting, and design of marketing proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Graphic Design: Create visually appealing materials including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and internal communications using brand guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 PowerPoint Design: Develop and enhance PowerPoint presentations for firm events, meetings, and client engagements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Website Maintenance: Update and maintain the firm&rsquo;s website content, including news, bios, and service pages, ensuring information is current and accurate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Marketing Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to support marketing and business development strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Brand Support: Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the firm&rsquo;s branding and messaging standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administrative Support: Assist with event planning, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 1-5 years of relevant marketing experience; experience in a professional services or accounting firm a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with website content management systems (CMS) preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative thinker with a collaborative spirit and a proactive approach.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
