Job Overview As a Social Media Manager, you&rsquo;ll be the creative force behind our online presence, driving engagement and building our brand across various platforms. You&rsquo;ll craft compelling content, analyze performance metrics, and implement innovative strategies that resonate with our audience. Your expertise in social media marketing will be pivotal in enhancing our digital footprint and fostering meaningful relationships with our community.What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Develop and execute dynamic social media strategies that align with our brand goals and objectives.</li><li>Create engaging content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Utilize tools for effective social media management and scheduling.</li><li>Conduct social listening to monitor trends, gather insights, and respond to audience feedback promptly.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics to refine strategies and improve engagement rates.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers to produce eye-catching visuals using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator. Or create in-house graphic design utilizing Canva.</li><li>Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to boost visibility and drive traffic to our digital channels.</li><li>Oversee content creation processes while ensuring all materials are proofread for accuracy and branding consistency.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles is essential.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research to enhance content visibility.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and web analytics will be advantageous.</li><li>Excellent relationship management skills with a knack for public relations and community engagement.</li><li>Experience in video editing is a plus to create dynamic multimedia content.</li><li>A passion for photography can enhance the visual storytelling aspect of your role.</li></ul>Why you&rsquo;ll love it here We believe in empowering our team members to thrive both personally and professionally!
