We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can manage both Human Resources and Accounting responsibilities to support our expanding operations.Key Responsibilities HR Management<ul><li>Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.</li><li>Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.</li><li>Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.</li><li>Manage payroll, leaves, attendance, and performance evaluations.</li><li>Foster a positive workplace culture and handle employee relations.</li><li>Manage day-to-day financial transactions.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.</li><li>Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense tracking.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or Accounting (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>Proven experience as an HR Manager (preferably in BPO/IT sector).</li><li>Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and HR management tools.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Professional growth opportunities within a fast-expanding company.</li><li>Collaborative and supportive work environment.</li><li>Performance-based bonuses and incentives.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
