We are seeking a mission-driven Human Resources Manager to support our growing organization.
Job Summary 
The Human Resources Manager supports daily HR and administrative operations across the agency. This role leads recruitment, onboarding, personnel file management, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The position works closely with leadership and supervises the Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead full-cycle recruitment, including posting, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offers</li><li>
Improve and manage onboarding and orientation processes</li><li>
Maintain HR files, personnel records, and required documentation</li><li>
Support employee relations and conflict resolution</li><li>
Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs</li><li>
Serve as payroll/timekeeping system administrator</li><li>
Address staff and applicant HR questions</li><li>
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws</li><li>
Assist with HR policy updates and development</li><li>
Partner with Finance on reporting, invoices, expenses, and payroll materials</li><li>
Oversee daily administrative operations</li><li>
Coordinate vendor agreements with Operations</li><li>
Maintain website job postings</li><li>
Complete HR reporting, data collection, and metrics tracking</li><li>
Support HR training development</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Five (5) years of experience in HR or office operations (nonprofit experience preferred)</li><li>
Associate or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities</li><li>
Ability to maintain healthy emotional, physical, and professional boundaries</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe</li><li>
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li></ul>

Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>
Strategic thinking and sound judgment</li><li>
Strong time-management and prioritization skills</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows OS</li></ul>
Work Environment<ul><li>
