Manager - HR to lead Talent Acquisition and build a strong performance-driven people culture. The role will drive strategic hiring (with focus on sales for product-based businesses), PMS, engagement, HR operations, and HRIS while ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead end-to-end talent acquisition with strong focus on sales hiring</li><li>Drive Performance Management System including goal setting, reviews and calibration</li><li>Design and execute employee engagement and culture initiatives</li><li>Manage end-to-end onboarding experience and new joiner integration</li><li>Drive Learning &amp; Development initiatives and capability building programs</li><li>Oversee payroll coordination, leave management and attendance governance</li><li>Ensure HRIS adoption, data accuracy and HR analytics reporting</li><li>Partner with leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy</li><li>Strengthen employee experience, retention and internal communication</li><li>Ensure HR compliance, policies and process excellence</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>5&ndash;8 years of HR experience with strong Talent Acquisition exposure</li><li>Proven experience in sales hiring for product-based organizations</li><li>Hands-on experience in PMS implementation and execution</li><li>Strong exposure to HR operations including onboarding, payroll and HRIS</li><li>Experience in engagement and culture building initiatives</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and execution capability</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li></ul>EducationMBA / PGDM in Human ResourcesLocation: Andheri (W), MumbaiWorking days &amp; Timings: Mon to Sat (10 am to 7pm)Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have 5+ yrs of experience leading entire HR employee lifecycle?</li><li>Have you drove Performance Management System including goal setting, reviews and calibration?</li><li>Are you ready to work 6 days a week from office based out of Andheri (W)?</li><li>What is your current CTC/ expected CTC/ Notice period?</li><li>Can you join in 15 days?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
