The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of professional experience in the industry and will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions for a range of residential spaces.&#8203;&#8203;Job Description&#8203; <ul><li>Understand the client's requirements, preferences, and budget for the project.</li><li>Achieve sales targets assigned.</li><li>Discuss the overall design concept and goals for the space, considering functionality and aesthetics.</li><li>Collaborate with the client and other design professionals to create a design concept that aligns with the project's vision.</li><li>Determine the style, color schemes, and overall look and feel of the space.</li><li>Choose appropriate furniture pieces, such as sofas, chairs, tables, and storage units, that fit the design concept.</li><li>Consider factors like comfort, durability, size, and scale in the selection process.</li><li>Select fixtures and fittings like lighting, plumbing fixtures, cabinet hardware, and door handles.</li><li>Ensure these elements enhance the design, meet safety standards, and are functional.</li><li>Equipment Procurement:</li><li>Source products and materials that align with the budget and quality expectations.</li><li>Establish relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to source furniture, fixtures, and equipment.</li><li>Choose appropriate materials and finishes for furniture, fixtures, and equipment that complement the design and meet the client's preferences.</li><li>Consider factors like maintenance, durability, and sustainability.</li><li>Design custom furniture or fixtures when standard options do not meet the project's requirements.</li><li>Oversee the fabrication and installation of bespoke elements.</li><li>Prepare detailed specifications, drawings, and schedules for each FF&amp;E item.</li><li>Ensure that all elements are compliant with relevant codes and regulations.</li><li>Address any defects, issues, or discrepancies promptly.</li><li>Oversee the coordination and installation of FF&amp;E elements in the project.</li><li>Work closely with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure proper integration.</li><li>Create presentations, mood boards, and visual representations of FF&amp;E selections to convey the design vision to the client.</li><li>Obtain client approval and make any necessary revisions.</li><li>Follow up after installation to address any issues or concerns that may arise, ensuring that the client is satisfied with the final result.</li><li>Keep up with the latest trends, materials, and products in the FF&amp;E industry.</li></ul>Preferred Skills <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.</li><li>5-7 years of professional experience in Retail focusing home interiors, retail spaces, hospitality, hotel, villa, and apartment design projects.</li><li>Proven ability to meet and exceed design sales targets in a showroom or client-facing environment.</li><li>Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, D5 render etc.).</li><li>Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and materials selection.</li><li>Extensive experience in fit-out design and project execution, including site coordination and implementation.</li><li>Proficiency in managing end-to-end design processes, from concept development to on-site delivery, ensuring quality and timelines.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Arabic speaking is an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: FreelancePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
