SALES PERSON FOR MOBILE AND COMPUTER ACCESSORIES STORE

Key Responsibilities:Accounting &amp; Cash Management:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day business transactions including cash inflow and outflow.</li><li>Record and reconcile cash, bank, and other financial transactions.</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.</li><li>Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.</li></ul>POS System &amp; Purchase Management:<ul><li>Enter purchase invoices and stock entries into the POS system.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate updates of inventory through the POS.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment when needed.</li><li>Prepare and process stock transfers between stores/branches.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Store Audits:<ul><li>Conduct weekly and monthly audits of stores to verify stock levels, sales data, and compliance.</li><li>Reconcile discrepancies in inventory and investigate variances.</li><li>Work closely with store managers to ensure accurate reporting.</li></ul>Ledger Maintenance &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Maintain supplier and customer ledgers.</li><li>Track outstanding payments and follow up with concerned parties.</li><li>Generate periodic financial and inventory reports for management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or wholesale.</li><li>Proficiency in POS software and MS Excel.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with inventory management systems.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good communication and reporting abilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
