At Calm and Co, we aim to combine ancient wellness techniques with modern practices to create a truly rejuvenating experience for our clients.Job Responsibilities:As a Full-Time Massage Therapist at Calm and Co, you will:<ul><li>Provide professional massage therapy services, specializing in Thai Massage, Relaxing Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and other therapeutic treatments.</li><li>Deliver customized treatments based on client needs, ensuring a high standard of comfort and satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.</li><li>Build and maintain rapport with clients to create a personalized and memorable wellness experience.</li><li>Promote wellness packages and products that complement our holistic offerings.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and continue to improve skills and techniques.</li><li>Ensure cleanliness and organization within treatment areas.</li><li>Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a friendly demeanor at all times.</li><li>Manage appointment schedules efficiently.</li></ul>Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Female candidates only.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a Massage Therapist with expertise in Brazilian Massage, Relaxing Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and other therapeutic techniques.</li><li>Certification in Massage Therapy or equivalent training from a recognized institution.</li><li>Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and their benefits.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Professional, well-groomed, and punctual.</li><li>Flexible and available to work full-time and during peak hours.</li><li>Previous experience in a wellness center or spa environment is preferred.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Professional development and training opportunities.</li><li>Friendly and peaceful working environment.</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Opportunity to work in a tranquil setting in Al Ain.</li></ul>If you are passionate about helping others relax, rejuvenate, and improve their well-being, we would love to hear from you.
